Here's to 2025 and onwards!
Hello everyone, welcome to my blog! It's the 01st of January 2025 and it's the start of a very special journey for Made Whole Nutrition! You can call me Clara! I'll be the one relating to you here and using my penmanship skills to discuss health-related topics, highlighting the importance of nutritional sufficiency's and deficiencies, and bringing you up to date info on the changing scenes in the nutrition world. Are you interested in holistic healing for your body, soul and mind..., then Made Whole Nutrition is your first stop for tips on how to achieve wholeness.
A little about me!
I'm the girl next door, the down-to-earth, friendly, and approachable person you're after to discuss all of your health issues. Possessing the attributes needed to get to the bottom of it all and to direct you on your path of healing. Most doctors don't have the time to sit and listen to all of your health issues and you have probably been called mental before! But I'm here to tell you you are not mental, I believe you! You will be heard! You will be understood! Your concerns will be treated with sincere respect! Not only will you find working with me a safe place to discuss your health concerns but you will also experience sincerity and guidance in the form of a tailored plan to set you on your personal journey to being Made Whole.
My growing track record
I'm a College of Naturopathic Nutrition (CNM) graduate qualifying in Nutritional Therapy. I'm accredited with the ANP, GNC, NNA and CNHC.
In my humble beginning, I'm passionate about providing people with natural solutions for their health concerns. Modern orthodox medicine, apart from all its positive and beneficial attributes, does not subscribe to this idea of wholism or to the importance of prevention. The body has this capacity to heal itself if given the right conditions, through nutritional therapy. Hippocrates (468-377 BC) The father of medicine said
Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.
Nutritional therapy is not only about the food you eat but also includes lifestyle changes. Unlike other health professions, nutritional therapy looks at your health issue from a holistic perspective and treats the person. Treating the person will treat the disease and restore your body, soul and mind through natural methods. If you're seeking complete wholesomeness, why not give nutritional therapy a chance?
