2. Scope of Services

2.1 Made Whole offers personalized nutritional therapy services based on the information provided by the client. 2.2 Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients must consult their doctor for any medical concerns.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Clients agree to provide accurate and complete health information. 3.2 Clients understand that the advice given is tailored to the information provided and may not be suitable if incomplete or inaccurate data is shared. 3.3 Clients must inform us of any changes in their health or medications.

4. Payment and Cancellations

4.1 Payment for services must be made via the website online payment method.  4.2 Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a fee of £10 administration costs.

5. Limitations of Liability

5.1 Made Whole is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the implementation of nutritional advice provided. 5.2 Services are provided "as is," and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 All client information is confidential and stored securely in accordance with data protection laws. 6.2 Information will only be shared with the client's consent or if required by law.

7. Complaints

7.1 Any complaints should be directed to hello@madewhole.co.uk. 7.2 We aim to respond to complaints within 30 days.
